Wes is a Chartered Surveyor and co-founder of Nouvo Capital Advisory with over 28 years’ experience in real estate investment, development and regeneration. A highly driven individual with international leadership experience at Board and Executive level, he has experience of managing a portfolio of real estate companies and investments with a value of over £2bn across the UK and US.

He has been involved in multiple long-term joint ventures with the public and private sector and has personally delivered development projects across a range of asset classes, including residential, commercial, leisure and retail. He has also led the creation of new companies and undertaken mergers and acquisitions alongside capital raising activity in the UK and US.
