Wes Erlam
Co-founder
Wes is a Chartered Surveyor and co-founder of Nouvo Capital Advisory with over 28 years’ experience in real estate investment, development and regeneration including senior roles with L&G, Morgan Sindall and Muse.. A highly driven individual with international leadership experience at Board and Executive level, he has experience of managing a portfolio of real estate companies and investments with a value of over £2bn across the UK and US.
He has been involved in multiple long-term joint ventures with the public and private sector and has personally delivered development projects across a range of asset classes, including residential, commercial, leisure and retail. He has also led the creation of new companies and undertaken mergers and acquisitions alongside capital raising activity in the UK and US.
Iain Taylor
Co-founder
Iain is a business case and investment modelling expert and co-founder of Nuovo Capital Advisory. Iain has over 25 year’s experience in economic development, business strategy, property investment and placemaking - working in consultancy for the last 10 years with prior experience in public and private sectors. Iain has held senior roles with the Peel Group and Land Trust and provided project support to devolved governments, local authorities and private sector investors.
Iain has been engaged in infrastructure and property development as well as environmental project development in the UK and USA. Iain has a Post Graduate Certificate in Cross Sector Partnerships from the University of Cambridge and an honours degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Keele.
