Key Projects

Nuovo Capital Advisory has been established to support developers to access regional growth funds and support the delivery of property and regeneration projects in partnership with devolved funds.

We have recently supported the Soapworts project with Bankfoot APAM in Salford, Greater Manchester and the Upper Brook Street scheme for Property Alliance Group in Manchester. We are currently supporting Star Units on their extra care project Ty Seren in Denbighshire, North Wales.
